The best part of being a Landlord is the money you make from renting your property to a Tenant. However, during an eviction, the Tenant is sometimes required to pay their rent into the Court’s Registry. Once the money is there, how do you get it?
Well, it isn’t automatic. If you were not awarded amounts in the court registry at the time of your trial, you will need to set a hearing with the Court.
