The Three Signs Your Lease Needs an Urgent Upgrade
Sign #1: It’s TOO SHORT! If your lease is 3 or 4 pages long, max, you probably don’t have a document that’s built to protect you from terrible tenants.
Sign #2: It’s OLD! If your lease is a copy of a copy of a copy that was first produced on a typewriter, it’s probably not up to date with current law.

Q: I need a commercial Lease, can you help?

Q: I am a Licensed Tx Realtor and have access to the Texas Association of Realtor Lease, is your lease drastically different from that lease?
