Starting a Lease tends to be the happiest time of a Tenancy. The Landlord is excited to get a new rent-paying tenant, and the Tenant is excited to enter their new home. It’s the end of the Lease that tends to come with the biggest complications.
A Notice to Vacate and a Notice of Lease Termination are both ways to end a Lease, but they are not interchangeable.
