Texas Eviction: Step-by-Step from Start to Finish isn’t an investment tool, so it’s not for everyone interested in real estate… and I’m cool with that. I don’t want you to join, if it’s not going to assist you in the way you handle your assets! Here are some key guidelines:
This program is for you if:
- You already own at least one rental property
- You are actively involved in the management of one or more rental properties
- You are interested in learning great management techniques, and
- You want to be able to walk confidently into a courtroom to present your own case(s) for eviction
This program is not for you if:
- You still do not yet own rental property
- You have a property manager who handles all tenant disputes and handles the eviction process themselves
- You want to learn more about being a professional landlord, but you just don’t have the time for it, and
- You have no intention of ever stepping foot into a courtroom (which we see all the time, and we’re happy to handle on your behalf).
If you’re not sure, shoot us an email with your concerns, and we can help you figure out your specific needs and goals: info@attorneyEG.com.

FAQ SECTION
Q: What notices are included?
This program includes Notice of Default, Notice of Termination or Non-Renewal, and Notice to Vacate.
Q: How will I know how to fill out one of these notices?
Each notice comes will a helpful guide showing the user what information is appropriate for each section.
Q: Why would I need this program I have a good tenant?
Things change, and breach is very predicable. A good landlord is ready to address problems before they happen. By being ready to proceed with an eviction, and by taking steps to file an eviction, you will actually prevent most evictions from ever occurring. However, once you need to file, being ready to file, is an invaluable asset.
Q: Is there a difference between an eviction for a single-family home or an apartment?
No. The procedures are essential identical. The leases may be different, but the application of the law and these techniques is the same.
Q: What if I send a notice, but the tenant doesn’t respond?
This is common. Many times, especially when things are going badly for a tenant, communication is the first thing to go. In an eviction, you want to be able to show a court that the tenant was given notice and the opportunity to respond. The substance of their response is generally not an issue. If they were supposed to leave but chose to stay, that’s usually what matters most to the eviction court.
Q: What if I send the notices but still want help with the eviction itself?
We are always ready to step in on your behalf until you are ready to handle an eviction 100% on your own. Naturally, our eviction services come for additional fees, but an experienced Texas attorney can step in and take over an eviction if you’re still not ready.
Q: What if I present the case in the Justice of the Peace, but the Tenant appeals?
While you can proceed to represent yourself at the County Court in the eviction appeal process, it’s not too late at that point to hire counsel to step in for the rest of the process. Again, this situation would call for additional fees to be paid, but there should be no problem for an experienced Texas attorney to step in and take over an eviction appeal.
Q: What happens if I purchase this program and I’m not 100% satisfied with it?
No problem. Contact us within 14 days of your purchase, and if you’re not 100% satisfied with this program, we’ll refund every penny. You lose nothing.
