After only 3 days from the expiration of the original September 4, 2020 CDC Eviction Moratorium Order, the Biden Administration issued a new Eviction ban. This comes even after the CDC Director states that no new bans on eviction would come after July 31, 2021.

It also comes in light of the President admitting that the US Supreme Court ruled that the CDC lacked constitutional authority to invoke such a ban.
