It is undeniable that people love pets. And, no matter how hard you may try to prevent it, your Tenants may end up acquiring a pet during their tenancy. This means that you will have to either compromise your policies or to stand your ground and enforce the lease.
However, there is a better way to deal with the introduction of an animal into the home. That means anticipating it and discussing it thoroughly with your Tenant beforehand. This is especially true when the animal isn’t a pet at all, but a service animal or an Emotion Support Animal.

Hello everybody!
My name is Olga, and I am the Office Manager here. I’ve been working with the Law Office of Ernie Garcia for over 3 years now, and I’m honored to be a part of the LOEG team. My role is behind the scenes. I am in charge of running and managing the business side of our office.
What I love the most about my job, is an opportunity to support our amazing team, working with Mr. Garcia on business projects, and with Dasha on marketing ones. I am excited to introduce our work to even more Landlords, so that we can continue supporting them in Houston and beyond.
