Evictions in Texas have stopped and started and stopped and started on and off and on and off again since March. There is no doubt that 2020 has been a challenging year for Landlords in Texas.

While Evictions are going forward in this state, there are now a number of new requirements for Landlords when they file for Eviction. Are you prepared to deliver a proper answer to each of the questions the Courts now ask when you request an Eviction?
