On May 5, 2021, a Federal District Court in Washington DC vacated the CDC Eviction Moratorium Order.
An appeal immediately followed, and with that, the attorneys for the government filed a motion to stay the Court’s judgment. In response, the Judge signed an order pausing the effect of her judgment for one week.
