The Texas Supreme Court has recently issued two important Emergency Orders that pertain to Landlords and Tenants.
With the 42ND Emergency Order, the Courts will continue to implement the Texas Eviction Diversion Program. Take note of the specific requirements for cases to proceed and for cases to be dismissed in certain circumstances.
